Your right

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the order without giving a reason.

Immediate supply

At checkout we ask for your express request to start supplying the eSIM immediately. That request does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Under our cancellation policy, an eSIM that has not been installed or activated is eligible for a full refund within 14 days. Any statutory loss of the right of withdrawal applies only where the legal conditions for the supplied service are met.
