Scope and availability
Business Data and Business Line & Data are request/waitlist products, not available for immediate online order. The initial business market is Germany. A request or sample portal does not create an active service or binding offer. Any eventual business purchase requires a confirmed offer; consumer withdrawal rights do not generally apply to purchases made for business purposes.
Verification
Business onboarding requires company and VAT ID verification and any identification checks required for the offered service. Availability, numbers, calls, SMS and WhatsApp suitability remain subject to confirmation in the offer.
Orders and contracts
The indicative German Line & Data entry bundle is 20 GB for one 30-day validity period. Pricing, renewal behaviour, service availability and final terms are confirmed in your offer. Longer contract terms apply only if expressly agreed. The sample business portal contains fictitious example lines and is not a live account-management service.
Invoicing
Indicative business prices are net, excluding VAT. Reverse charge applies only to eligible cross-border business transactions with a valid VAT ID and where the applicable tax rules permit it; it is not an automatic VAT exemption. Final VAT treatment and payment terms are stated in the confirmed offer or invoice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for who in your organisation uses each line and for their compliance with our policies.
Liability
Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees paid in that period, except where the law does not allow limitation.
