Data Processing Agreement

Status and roles
Business services are not yet open for immediate order. Where a confirmed service requires us to process staff data on your behalf, a signed Data Processing Agreement will define the controller and processor roles and the scope of that processing. We separately act as controller for our own account, billing and legal-compliance records.
Our commitments
Process data only on your documented instructions; keep it confidential; apply appropriate security; use subprocessors only as listed; help you with data subject requests; notify you of a personal data breach without undue delay; delete or return data at the end of the service.
Audits
We provide the information needed to show compliance, on reasonable notice.
