Payment processing
Stripe processes payment information, payment status and fraud-prevention data. Stripe may act as an independent controller for some of its processing. Its privacy information is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Hosting, accounts and database
Lovable Cloud provides the application hosting, account authentication and database used for order records and eSIM installation details. Infrastructure providers engaged by Lovable may also process this information.
Email delivery
Lovable's managed email service delivers account and order emails, including the installation information needed to use your eSIM.
Connectivity
eSIM provisioning and destination network partners receive the identifiers and service information needed to issue an eSIM, provide mobile connectivity and report usage. Partners depend on the plan and destination. Contact our privacy address for the recipients applicable to your order.
Other external services
Google Fonts delivers website fonts. BigDataCloud receives rounded coordinates only when you request location-based currency detection and grant location permission. Display exchange rates are obtained server-side from ExchangeRate-API; your account and payment details are not included in that request.

Processing is not limited to Poland or the EEA: provider infrastructure and destination mobile networks may operate internationally. This page describes the current service categories and is not a complete negotiated subprocessor schedule for a future business contract.
Changes
We update these disclosures when our setup changes. A business Data Processing Agreement, where applicable, will identify the agreed subprocessors and objection process.
