Into the Karen Highlands — Off-Road Adventure Travel into the mountains by air-conditioned van, then switch to a rugged 4WD for the final off-road journey into a remote Karen community, far from the usual tourist routes.

Coffee Forest Trek & Planting for the Future Walk through a hidden, shade-grown coffee forest where Arabica grows in harmony with nature. Learn to identify coffee plants and discover the Karen community’s sustainable farming, forest stewardship, and traditional herbal knowledge. Then plant a coffee seedling with your own hands—supporting forest restoration and leaving a living legacy in the mountains.

The Art of Brewing (V60 Workshop): Conclude your learning by mastering the V60 pour-over method. Understand how to brew the perfect cup that honors the hard work of the farmers. ** ROAST YOUR OWN: Get hands-on and fire-roast your own batch of premium Arabica. This is your edible souvenir. ** BREW YOUR CUP: We'll show you how to brew a V60 pour-over. You'll taste the difference the forest makes. It's not about being a perfect "master"; it's about connecting with the craft.

Hands-On Roasting Masterclass: Learn the craftsmanship passed down through experience. Roast your own batch of green beans, learning how to control fire and heat to unlock the bean's true potential.
