   Depending on the season, in a traditional restaurant situated near the Cathedral of Annecy, you can try either a hearty portion of Tartiflette, the iconic Savoyard dish made with creamy Reblochon cheese, sliced potatoes and savory lardons, or Diots au crozet, a traditional dish of the French Alps featuring pork sausages slowly cooked in white wine and served with crozets, small square buckwheat pasta that give the meal its hearty, rustic character, both offering rich, comforting flavors typical of mountain cuisine

   Annecy is a town nesteld between mountains and canals, on a stunning lake shore, which makes it the ideal habitat for animals like cows and sheeps.
